Clean Slate - a world of possibility
Clean Slate
Every once in a while I do something stupid. I help someone out without knowing them and end up in debt, I keep things from my folks b/c I'm afraid of what they will think, - I get myself into situations that could otherwise be avoided, you get my drift.

After a few small things have stacked up, or one small thing has grown into something big, I come completely clean, I tell those who I kept things with, I take actions to fix mistakes I've made - I clear the slate so everything is clean and copasetic.

I'm currently in one of those sweeping the slate clean states and noticed that I didn't do as wonderful a job as I thought in one of my previous cleans.

When I was younger I was stupid and helped a boyfriend of the time get a bike - basically it was in my name because I had good credit while he paid for it. It's all paid off luckily. Unfortunately, the person he sold it to did not change the title over into his name. I now might need to contact my ex if I can't find out the owner by other means. I haven't spoken to him in almost 2 years.

Well I just talked to the credit union that is actually supposed to have the title, to whom the buyer did not send it. Hopefully they will find the information I need because I really really really do not want to call my ex - mainly because the only contact info I have is his folk's house - which would mean talking with his mom. Him I could deal with, his dad I could deal with, his mom? she's sweet underneath it all, but she just makes me nervous!

Anyhow, just needed to get that out

I'm in school almost every day. I'm enjoying it for the most part. I often get ahead, which is good for my free time, but bad for my concentration in class.

I think the most difficult class is Japanese, mainly because it's not something you can just read and understand, there's more work to it.

All in all I'm enjoying learning and anxious to get through school to the next step.

I have an interview friday for a summer internship at beth israel in the psychiatry unit (psychiatirc? not sure what it's called). I really hope it goes well because I want to do an internship, my independent study and one class - and I really am not interested in either of the other 2 internship options currently available.

So the apartment is basically ours. I need to get board approval for the changes we want to make - the seller, or person we've been contacting for the seller, has stated that we will be approved, but I will see. This was a long and interesting process. There were some complications and I was frutrated at times. Now I'm just excited to get in there and start cleaning the place up.

Anyone know about the washers you can hook up to a sink? If so, do they work well at all? And are they big enough to actually clean more than a shirt at a time? I'm asking just in case they say no to a normal washer because of the way the piping is set up in the building (we are on the top floor).

I don't have one. Jon's company, video games, and movie rentals are my social life. Once I'm done with the apartment and other lawyer stuff I'm probably going to be starting another side-project. I can't wait until I move and will have money to spend on going out - then I can see friends again, not all the time, but more often then now, as well as go to musuems and a bunch of other things I want to do but didn't have money for.

Ok, I've got homework and I'm hungry.

I hope everyone is wonderful
