UPDATE PLEASE HELP - a world of possibility
I realize this is a very long shot, but I lost my cat and she has never been outside of an apartment or house besides vet appointments and being in the car.

I live on the east side of 14th St in Manhattan. If you live in the city and see a cat like this anywhere near there, or even somewhere else, please, please, PLEASE give me a call. 212.677.1345 OR 301.806.8725

let see if this works

I'm so sorry.
I know how you feel when I lost my neighbors cat. Exact same situation. For what it's worth, she did find her way back. :-)

Here is a link to an article that might help.

Good luck.

Oh no! I'll keep my fingers crossed that she makes it home! You should also try posting on craigslist - it will get wider coverage than your journal.

I will pass this onto some friends who do work downtown. Keep an eye out, and keep us posted!

awww, I am very sorry you lost your kitty, I have 2 kitties and know my heart would be broken of they got out. I might live in Chicago, but I have a few friends in your neck of the woods...I will pass on your kitty's photos to them, and send good thoughts, and wishes for her to get home safely!
